MT1.03 - Importing PowerPoint Files into EasyWorship Software

To import a PowerPoint file into EasyWorship software, you can follow these step-by-step instructions:

1. Open EasyWorship Software: Launch the EasyWorship software on your computer and locate the presentation.


2. Click on settings dropdown arrow as shown in the image below.


3. Click on the "Import PowerPoint" Option: In the main interface of EasyWorship, look for the option to import PowerPoint files. see below image


4. Select the PowerPoint File: Click on the "Import PowerPoint" option, and then browse your computer to locate the PowerPoint file that you want to import. Select the PowerPoint file and click "Open" or "Import.".

5. Preview and Edit (Optional): Preview the imported slides within EasyWorship to ensure that everything looks as expected. If needed, you can make further edits or adjustments to the slides within EasyWorship.

6. You can also drag and drop to your schedule (Optional)


7. Present the Slides: Once the presentation is saved and ready, you can present the slides using EasyWorship during your church service, event, or presentation.


By following these steps, you should be able to successfully import a PowerPoint file into EasyWorship software for use in your presentations.
